General Information

** The event is held at State Fair Park, OKC, OK, in the T&T Building and the Modern Living Building

** All vehicles must have batteries disconnected & 95% of gas drained.

** Cost for replacement wristband is $20.00.

** Show Hours:           Move-in Friday, Feb. 14th – 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

                                    Move-in Saturday, Feb. 15th – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

                                    Open to Public, Saturday, Feb. 15th – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

                                    Exhibitors Only, Sunday, Feb. 16th – 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

                                    Open to Public, Sunday, Feb. 16th – 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

** No refunds for no shows.

** Overnight security is provided, and the building will be locked once we leave.

** All property on display is at owner’s risk, we are not responsible for loss or damage to any property.

Swap Meet Vendor Information

** WE HAVE SOLD OUT THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. PRE-REGISTER TO ENSURE A SPACE.

** To pre-register, send application and 50% deposit to address above, prior to January 1, 2013

** If you have not checked in by 8:15 a.m. Saturday, your spaces will be sold, without a refund.

** Spaces are $50.00 each. Balance due must be paid at the show in cash. No Checks taken day of show.

** No food booths allowed.  Easy-ups may not have tops on them, as this affects fire sprinkler operations.

** You will receive one wristband per booth space. Additional wristbands are $20.00.

** Table rental is $10.00 for both days. Please bring your own chairs.

 


Bike and Car Show Information

** Cost to Show: Initial Vehicle $25 (includes one person’s admission), additional people $20, additional vehicles $10.

(I.E. One person with two vehicles is $35, or one with three bikes is $45, or two people with one bike $45, see pre-registration bonus below).

** Show entries received prior to Jan. 1, will receive an extra admission as a pre-registration bonus.

** Vehicles must remain on display until 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

** No stock bikes will be allowed to compete except those in the antique or classic classes.

** In 2014, Car entries will compete for Best Car in Show; Cars will not be broken into classes. 

** Motorcycle entries will be classed and compete for Best in Class as well as Best Bike in Show.

** Trophy presentation is on Sunday, at 3:30 p.m., in the T&T Building.

** Judge’s decisions are final.
