Rules for giveaway

No Purchase necessary. To receive an entry form, send a self addressed stamped envelope to: ATV Give Away, P.O. Box 543, Blue Springs, MO. Limit one entry form per request. Requests for forms must be received prior to February 1, 2010. Limit of one entry in contest per person, duplicate forms will be disqualified. Entry form must be filled out completely and legibly. Illegible or incomplete forms will be disqualified. Entrants must be a United States Citizen, at least 18 years of age, with valid social security number. Drawing will be held at The Oklahoma State Fairgrounds, on February 21, 2010, during the awards presentation at The Oklahoma Motorcycle Show, in the Travel & Transportation Building. Winner need not be present to win. Jeff Williams Promotions Inc, it’s owners, employees and volunteers are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from contest. Winner of contest is responsible for all taxes, license fees and registration fees. Winner will be required to complete a form W-9 and provide proof of identification prior to taking possession of prize.
