The Oklahoma City Motorcycle Show is held at The State Fair Park, in Oklahoma City. The park is located at 500 Land Rush Drive, near
the intersection of 10th Street and I-44, in downtown Oklahoma City. The Show is held indoors in a heated and air conditioned building.
There is a snack bar with beer sales in the building. General admission is $15.00 per person for a single day pass, and $20.00 per person
for a two day pass. The event is open to the public from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday, and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
The event is held regardless of weather.
Vendor Information:
Vendor space has sold out for the past several years, you MUST pre-register to ensure a space in this year's swap meet. Booth spaces
are approximately 10' X 10', and cost $50.00 each. This price includes both days, and one person's admission to the event. Contact Jeff
at (816) 456-4415, to check on availability of space. A deposit of 50% must be paid to reserve a space. Mail deposit to: Jeff Williams
Promotions Inc, P.O. Box 543, Blue Springs, MO 64013. No refunds will be given for No Shows. Tables are available for rental at
$10.00 per table (you are welcome to bring your own tables). Electricity is available by special arrangement. You may drive into the
building to load and unload. The overhead door has a maximum height of 12'. Vendors may set up Friday night from 5:00 pm to 9:00
pm, or Saturday morning, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. If vendors have not checked in prior to 8:15 am Saturday morning, their spaces
will be sold. No food booths are allowed. Overnight security is provided, and the building will be locked. All property on display is at
owners risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any property.
Car Show Entry Information:
The entry fee to show a car or truck is $25. This price includes one person's admission for both days. Additional vehicles are $10 and
do not include an admission. If you pre-register prior to January 1, you will receive an additional person's admission as a pre-registration
bonus. It is not mandatory to pre-register a show vehicle, but the pre-registration bonus is a really good deal, so please pre-register. To
pre-register, mail payment, in full, along with your name, phone number, address, and the vehicle's make, model, engine and year to: Jeff
Williams Promotions Inc, P.O. Box 543, Blue Springs, MO 64013. Drive-in registration, and set-up is Friday night from 5:00 pm to
9:00 pm, and Saturday morning, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Cars will not be broken into classes this year. All Cars will compete for
Best Car in Show Trophies. As the number of car entries increase, we will add appropriate classes; however, this year we will only have
Best in Show awards. Trophy presentation is Sunday, at 3:30 pm. Judge's decisions are final. All vehicles must remain on display until
4:00 pm, Sunday afternoon. Overnight security is provided, and the building will be locked. All property on display is at owners risk. We
are not responsible for loss or damage to any property.
